I have bites all over me and bugs all over me. They stick to me and are annoying me. They are everywhere. I see them on my husband, but they don't bother him; they bother me. I can't wear certain clothes, because the white ones are all over it. They are in every room in my house.

They may be some kind of mite. You will probably need an exterminator with such a severe infestation.
It sounds like you have brought some sort of bug into your home either from "new" furniture, a plant, from your yard or from someone else's house/yard. Try to remember where you visited or brought something into your home before these bugs started hatching.
Thank you I have thought I have had to of bought them in or husband bought them. I have some in a old pill bottle & some on duck tape. That how I get them off of me. I wish I could get the ones that are not into my skin.
did you keep birds as pets or are there birds nesting in your roof or near your house? If so you could be looking at bird mites which can be a terrible problem when they jump species which can happen when the bird goes away and the infested space remains infested - thus leading them to change hosts
