We used a company from Fort Pierce, FL that prepared its diminished value report using dealer quotes which the insurance company accepted. Without mentioning any names, the first "appraiser" we used took shortcuts and provided no dealer quotes - the insurance company rejected that one and the "appraisal company" would not refund our $400.
