Gluten-free Bread Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for good gluten free bread? So far, the ones I have tried have not been very appetizing!

This is an excellent bread recipe that only takes an hour.

  • Ingredients:
  • 5 1/4 cup flour - gluten free
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 cups hot water (105 to 110 degrees)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Add all your ingredients to your mixing bowl.
  • Pour in your hot water.
  • Use your mixer to start mixing the dough.
  • After a few minutes test the dough and see if it is too dry.
  • Normally, I have to add about another 1/4 cup hot water to this.
  • Continue mixing the dough with your mixer until it is completely mixed and resembles bread dough.
  • Spit the recipe in 1/2 and make 2 pans of bread.
  • Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  • Now bake in over 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Almond flour makes a good gluten-free bread.
