In your area it seems people start at $12 to $15 an hour. The harder the job and more complicated the price is higher. I saw a few cleaning service charged $25 an hour and one was charging $55 an hour.
I think I would talk with a few people who do home cleaning. I know the maid that cleans my mom's home charges her $80 for cleaning her living room, kitchen, dinning room, and bedroom/w bath.
You can either charge by the hour or charge by the job. This depends on you and your clients.
