Identifying Bumps on a Dog?

Identifying Bumps on a Dog - dog's bellyMy dog has these bumps that started on her belly and now are on her nose. Please tell me what this is! She will be 2 in December, they don't really seem to bother her. They started out as little red bumps.

What a sweet Doxie face! I am a Doxie mom to! My boy is a wire hair!! Please ask the vet to check this out. I see what may be a tick on the belly. My late Carmel Ann always had bumps which were almost all fatty cysts. She lived to 17 12!! The vet can check and give you peace of mind! Enjoy your fur baby! Dachshunds rule!!!

I did take her to vet, he said she had bacterial pustules! He said he has seen several animals recently with same thing. Also did fecal and found out she has coccidial(sp?) He said she was probably a carrier from her puppy days...3 shots and 4 medicines daily for 10 days and we will get better!

Do yourself and the dog a favor and take her to the vet. It may be nothing, and you will have peace of mind.

There is no way to tell if these bumps are nothing or something scary. See your Vet. It is best to find out early.

There are times bumps like this can just be some sort of skin growth and nothing to worry about. It appears the dog keeps getting them and it could be a reaction to the food or something more serious.

I would take the dog to the vet to make sure one way or the other. It is better to be safe and have the dog looked at.
