I am finding these bugs mainly on the windows. They climb and seem to fly a little. What are these?

The ones in the back look like gnats. Spray with an insecticide.
This bug resembles a gant and it is possible to use a household spray to get rid of them. You can also try the sticky strips they use for flies to trap the bugs and get rid of them too. This is a bit safer than spraying them.
When I zoom on the orange blob, it looks like a June bug. Is that what you are seeing?
The other posters are talking about gnats and I feel like I am missing something in the photo. I see an orangish brownish bug that looks like a June bug.
These are harmless and come in for warmth. Just shoo them outside (or vacuum them up), then scrub everything down, rake up any plant debris from around your house and they should go away.
