Alberto Culver cotton boll glasses. These were probably produced 1950s 1960s.
Culver Ltd was a glass company famous for their stunning decorative glassware in 22-karat gold.

Culver Ltd was founded in Brooklyn, New York in 1939 by Irving Rothenberg. Culver Glass features real 22-karat gold decoration used effusively and magnificently especially from the late 1950s on through the 1960s. The company gained notoriety and its products became highly collectible and only sold at high-end department stores. In 1980, the company moved to downtown Rahway, New Jersey.
Most of its glassware patterns featured 22k gold gild. The Culver signature appeared on most of its mid-century designs. At first, Culver's mid-century glassware was signed in script. Later, the company turned to block lettering followed by gold foil labels carrying the Culver signature.

This is a good video containing information on culver glasses:

The value fluctuates from low to high but only sold listings/prices provide true value and it is difficult to find sold items. This listing shows 6 glasses sold for $32 in 2017 but it appears this could still be a valid value.

eBay has some sold listings but since best offer was accepted, we cannot name a value.

I strongly recommend taking these to a vintage dealer who knows old glassware. While they could well be Alberto Culver cotton boll, the top doesn't look right (too thin) but it could just be the photo.

The base also doesn't look quite right (not thick enough).

Recently a set of 5 of the originals sold on ebay for best offer with a starting price of 99.95. So the actual sold price could be 1.00 to 99.94.

Post back what you learn!

Culver Cotton Boll Glasses

Founded in Brooklyn, NY in 1939, Culver Ltd. (commonly known as Culver Glass) is an American glass manufacturer. The company produced over 75 glassware patterns, but is best known for its mid-century designs. Most of its glassware patterns featured a 22k gold gild. At first, Culver's mid-century glassware was signed in script, later, the company turned to block lettering: "Culver Ltd" (Ltd = Limited), "Culver", and "Culver with a C inside a circle" (a copyright symbol).

Culver glass after the 1970s are typically unmarked today because the company changed to paper labels attached to the glass (that read: 22k Gold Culver Made in USA) that was often removed by the original buyer upon purchase.
The super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today.
The company stopped producing its gold overlay pieces in the 1980s and was sold to Moderne Glass Company in the mid-1990s.

I'm assuming you didn't find any manufacturer's marks on the glasses, so I think your glasses had stickers that were removed, this is why I think your glasses are from the 1970s.
