What is this bug? I have see multiple ones in my bed and I can't seem to get rid of them, no matter how often I wash my sheets.

It is blurring out, but if it looks like this it is a carpet beetle.
They eat fibers among other things. Vacuum them up and be sure to seal all of your windows and doors to prevent them from coming in for food.
The pattern is consistent with the carpet beetle. Vacuum. Dispose of the bag outside. Call an exterminator.
What if they are in my bed though?
