We found this on an old farm in a barn. We thought is was really cool, but don't know what it was used for. It is either related to tobacco or potatoes. That is what we think. Any ideas?

This looks like an old wool cleaner and washer. I believe they put the wool in the bin to clean it and wash it and the roller on the bottom would roll it up.
It looks to be some type of churning machine for pressing and processing , from grains to cotton/wool, tobacco.
