Identifying Photo Imaging Software?

I once used some graphic program that would take a photo of a person (head to waist) and when you used this command the picture would turn black but the edges of the person would glow neon. I can't remember if it was multi-color neon. Do you know what they call this?

If the sofware you were using is more than 10 years old it could be that the company no longer makes this software. A lot of older software for photo editing was made for computers that used 32-bit programs. Some companies did not upgrade their software to 64-bit and it can't be used on a newer computer. Today there are so many photo editing software package out there and they can do what you are asking. Even apps on phones these days can edit software. You may need to find a new software package that works with your computer.
