Identifying Sod Types?

My HOA said the grass in the neighborhood is Zoysia, but the guy that mows it says it is Bermuda. How can I know what type is it?

Zoysia grass has dark green thicker blades than the Burmuda grass which is a lighter green and requires more fertilizing. Zoysia grass is also low maintenance because it doesn't require a lot of fertilizing. Burmuda grass is better in warmer regions; say CA, FL while Zoysia can accept cooler climates.
