Are you seeing welts or bites when these things get you? I usually work backwards using the WebMD site to match the bite to the bug:

One thing to be aware of is if the bite is warm, red or very painful, please consider seeking medical advice as you could have an infection!! Bites are nothing to mess with!

You can send the pictures to your local cooperative extension. You can also put some of the bugs in a sealed plastic bag and bring them to a place that sells pesticides.
