I seriously doubt identification can be made from a picture of wallpaper that was available 18 - 20 years ago, but no harm in asking.
There are so many different brands and types of wallpaper that identifying even newer wallpaper would be very difficult.
Most likely the color has changed; darker, lighter, faded
You may be able to take a better picture to several wallpaper stores and see if anyone can help you.
However, If you're thinking about doing repairs to match this, I'm not sure if that will work simply due to the reasons stated above.
