This looks like a small water beetle that has come up from one of the drains in the home. You can lay down some sticky flypaper to trap them and clean the room really good to get rid of them.

I had water beetles like that until I decided to steam clean all my drains and between my water fixtures and other areas.

This is called- Drugstore Beetle- also known as Bread Beetle or Biscuit Beetle. It is tiny and brown, and it likes to feed on dry goods, such as spices, flour, and dry goods !
