Only a DNA will prove 100%,unless your dog has papers proving the parents and blood line.

Purebred dogs will have papers, or show their bloodline is pure through a DNA test

There is no real way to identify a full-blooded pit bull unless the owner of the dog has the papers for the dog. All dogs registered as full-blooded animals will have papers and the full bloodline of the dog. Other than this the only way to do it is through a DNA test.
