It looks like a beetle. You can spray with an insecticide
Looks like the rolly polys we get around my house:

They come inside this time of year to find warmth. Ick. Harmless but still. I take them back outside. A few don't bother me, but if there are bunches, vacuum them up and toss the bag outside in the trash.
