Identifying a Houseplant - potted trailing plant This plant was so striking and beautiful to me that my hairdresser just let me have it. I assume that it is a type of hanging succulent, but since it is in rough shape I'd like to know for sure. I really want to save it!

It looks like a heart shaped ivy to me.

I believe you have what is called a Swedish Ivy.

You can check out the pictures.
Swedish Ivy should be watered about once a week and be sure to allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Good drainage is necessary, so do not let the ivy sit in water. Most people kill a Swedish Ivy by over-watering and causing root rot.
