I have a plant I just bought from a rummage store. Of course, the salesman was not very helpful on identifying this plant. Can you please help?

Maybe a Pigeon Berry Plant?
This looks like a philodendron.
I first thought that your plant might be a fiddle leaf fig but now Im not sure as I believe most of these have a more shiny leaf.
I do believe it is in the ficus family as there are a lot of different plants in this family that have very large leaves. Maybe you can take a look at some of the photos and decide for yourself. If you cannot find your particular plant, I believe it would require about the same kind of care.
