If you found this in your hair it is more than likely from outside when you were out and about. These types of nat bugs fly around and get stuck in your hair. It is not a problem and they are not dangerous. We have them here on the island and they are annoying when they get stuck in your hair.

Hard to tell since it is squished and I can't see the full structure.

It looks to big (unless this is magnified) to be a flea.

Do you have a hardware store nearby? Take it there and see if they can tell you.

If it is only one, I don't worry. If you see more than one, are getting bit or having other issues, then I would take action.

If you had hairspray or hair product in your hair, it probably was attracted to that and just got stuck.

It could be a random bug. It doesnt look like head lice. If you have itching, look for more bugs and eggs. It could also be a flea. You would not have just one.
