Identifying a Tiny Flying Hard Shell Bug? - closeup of bugIt is not a flea, but is about as tiny. It has a hard shell, wings, and can fly. It wiggles around, doesn't bite, and is mostly outside. It gets inside the house and likes the television screen light. I live in Pennsylvania.

We have these here in Tahiti and they are some sort of a fruit fly. They are totally annoying and love the light for sure. They do have a very hard outside body on them and the tail of them can drill into fruit that is in your area.
