Kindle and iPad For Reading Books

Due to not being able to hold a book especially in bed due to my arthritis I bought my first Kindle. Because it was the first one, I had to have a light on to read so I purchased an iPad. The iPad came in handy while I was on vacation as I had the internet as well as my books. I synced the Kindle and the iPad and am able to read on both of them.

When in bed, I use the iPad. When in my lounge, I use the Kindle. I get all my books downloaded from the library. All books are free and I have 14 days in which to read them. When I have an appointment anywhere, I take the Kindle as it is easier to carry in my purse. Love having both, would not think of selling either one.

I got a kindle fire for Christmas and I love it! Its small enough to fit in my purse, connects to wi-fi and is bright enough that I don't need another light source. The best part...found a website that has free books to download.

You don't have to be an Amazon prime member either. The website is pixelofink.com. it has a lot of different genres.

I love my Kindle, I've got the 2nd Generation model. (It was a gift to myself for the one year aniversary of the day I quit smoking!) I made a cover for it that allows me to slip my hand behind it, like a paddle. I have arthritis also, and this has been very helpful!

I also made a cover for both my Kindle and my IPAD. Makes it much easier to carry and hold. I get all my free books via the local library and also Amazon Free Kindle books.

Why pay for books when you can get them free? Happy reading all.

I have always loved to read. My son got me a Kindle last summer. He got me a cover for it that is easy to hold or prop on my pillow in bed. It has a light for reading in poor light. I found out just how good that light was the other night when the power went off! I love my Kindle! Its the best present that I ever had! There are so many free Kindle books and very cheap books that I am reading more than I have in years. I couldn't be happier with it.

Had my kindle since last Christmas and have used it everyday. No more stacks of paperbacks, and you can shop online. If you have an iphone or any smartphone you can sync them as well.

So on breaks at work or anytime I have to wait I always have my current novel I'm reading.
