Lantern Flower Arrangement

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 221 Posts

The finished decorated lantern.Flowers can be used in so many ways. This is a "lantern leftover" from my son's spring wedding. I decorated it with florals, greenery, and a candle. This will be used as a centerpiece on a buffet we are refinishing.

Steps:

  1. Add florals/greenery to the top of the lantern by cutting the ends and leaving enough to poke through the holes at the top of the lantern. If your lantern doesn't have holes, cut most of the stem off. Arrange as desired. Glue designed florals to top part of lantern, leaving a "trailing" floral in the center and smaller florals on the sides.
  2. Adding flowers to the top of the lantern.

  3. Cut florals/greenery and arrange on the inside of the lantern. Glue in place. Add candle.
  4. Adding flowers to the inside of the lantern.
