Lightening Eyebrows?

I've used hydrogen peroxide 3% and it worked great.

I use Jolen facial hair bleach. I have brown eyebrows and I dye my hair a dark strawberry blond, so I mix up enough bleach to put a good coat on my brows and leave it on about 4 minutes, then I wipe it off, wash the brow with warm water, check the color and if it needs more time I put it back on. Usually 4 minutes is enough to lighten them up enough so it's not a harsh difference between brow and hair color. Don't leave it on too long because it will bleach out the hair. I've been doing it this way for years.

Yes, lemon juice will also work for the brows. It's a slow process that takes several attempts, but it works.
