Total Time: 35 minutes

Supplies:

  • tissue paper
  • scissors
  • stapler
  • cellophane paper
  • tape

Steps:

  1. Cut tissue paper into squares. I used 10 pieces of tissue paper per flower bow. (More or less depending on how full you want your flower bow to be and what size your bow is).
  2. Tissue Paper Flower Bow - cut tissue paper into squares

  3. Staple the center of the stack of squares once, then again creating a plus sign.
  4. Tissue Paper Flower Bow - stack the squares and staple in the center

Tissue Paper Flower Bow - staple again making a cross

  5. Trace or freehand a circle and cut out.
  6. Tissue Paper Flower Bow - cut the stack into a circle

  7. Cut half inch or so slits all around the circle.
  8. Tissue Paper Flower Bow - cut 1/2 inch deep slits around the circle

  9. Begin to scrunch each layer and puff up until you're out of tissue paper and you have formed a flower.
  10. Tissue Paper Flower Bow - start at the center and crunch up the pieces in each layer
