  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
  • 5 long green chillies, slit into two (long green chillies tend to be less spicy)
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 medium onion, cut into large squares

Mix all ingredients except chicken. Once mixed well, put in the chicken. Mix well. Leave it to marinate for 2 hours or 15 minutes in the freezer if in a hurry.

Heat oil in pan, add onions and fry until translucent. Add in the chicken with the marinated juices. Stir once in a while until done and until all the fluid evaporates. If fluid evaporates and chicken is still not done, add a cup of water. Cook until done.
