Marshmallow Popcorn Hearts

This is a take on marshmallow popcorn balls. They're made with pink mini marshmallows and shaped into hearts. They are crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. This is a fun recipe for all ages!

Total Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 6 hearts

  1. Place marshmallows, butter, and brown sugar in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds.
  2. Remove from microwave and stir with a spatula. Return to microwave for 20 more seconds.
  3. Add vanilla and salt. Stir until completely smooth.
  4. Pour popcorn into marshmallow mixture.
  5. Stir thoroughly, until popcorn is coated.
  6. Lightly grease a heart-shaped cookie cutter and a mat to work on.
  7. Lightly grease your hands and press some of the popcorn mixture into the cookie cutter.
  8. Lift the cookie cutter to expose the popcorn heart.
  9. If you don't have a heart-shaped cookie cutter, simply grease your hands and shape the popcorn into a heart with your hands.
