It means the judge has recalled or reopened it and you may need to go back to court. You need to consult an attorney.

This means the person that is in jail on a 'bench warrant' is being 'recalled' because they have found something else to possibly charge them with. Since they are already being held it just means this will be added to their list of offenses.
The RCLD seems to have something to do with age so check this out at the jail.
Some of these codes can mean something slightly different in different states so you should ask your questions at your courthouse or your jail.
