Meatloaf and Cheese Filled Potato Rolls

Ingredients:

• 2 large potatoes, diced and boiled in one cup water with 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• meatloaf, sliced into large strips
• cheese sliced into strips (mozzarella, cheddar or both)
• 1/4 cup water
• cooking oil for deep frying

Steps:

1. Mash potatoes.

 
2. Mix in flour to mashed potatoes.

 
3. Add water a little at a time and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

4. Take a portion of the mixture and form into a ball.

 
5. Flatten it in a plate and place slices of meatloaf and cheese.

 
6. Close and seal the potato dough.

 
7. Deep fry until golden brown.

 
8. Serve with your favorite sauce. Best served when hot.
