Mirror Covered in Tree Bark for a Rustic Look

This is an old mirror that was plain and ugly, I added bark from a tree to make it look rustic.

Approximate Time: A few hours

Supplies:

    Advertisement

  • tree bark
  • mirror
  • hot glue gun
  • Mod Podge

Instructions:

  1. Simply using hot glue add dried tree bark to the mirror covering as much area as you'd like.
  2. Brush with Mod Podge for preservation.

Clever and pretty. Wouldn't enjoy dusting it though, but I saw one similar on a website and it was pricey. Could make some extra $$ doing this.
