Photo Description I could never get the white balance of the photo correct. One of the ThriftyFun members (likekinds) gave me some unexpected and MUCH appreciated help ~ thank you! So, I am entering this photo as a way of showing my gratitude towards him, and to thank the members of ThriftyFun. It is just great to be part of such a caring community!
I took this photo some time ago, using some of my camera's special settings. I have always loved red roses the most.

If you are into growing roses, you may want to try 'Mirandy'. It's been around since 1945. It is a beautiful dark red and is very fragrant. In fact, it is more fragrant than any of the so called 'fragrant' roses of today, including Kordes' Parfuma Collection.
