Neighbor's Dogs Died of Parvo?

I'm just looking for a bit of advice about parvo. Our neighbors, very bad neighbors, 2 new puppies have caught parvo and have died from it. They then decided to buried the pups on our fence line. I'm concerned for my dogs, pure bree working Kelpies, 1 female 3/4years and 1 male 6years old. Both up to date with all vaccines and always have been, but our female may be pregnant. What will this become? And is there anything I can do to stop the spead into my yard and our poor dogs. Does something like this need to be reported? Our dogs are booked in to see the veterinarian tomorrow first thing. If there's anything I can do around my yard, please let me know.

I know parvovirus can last up to a year outdoors. I would keep my dogs inside until they receive all their shots.
