Oven Cleaner Left Marks on Wood Deck?

I sprayed oven spray gel on oven racks. It has gone thru the papers to the timber deck. Now the deck has stains from the oven cleaner gel. I am not sure if the decking has been burnt? Any ideas to remove the marks on the deck?
