Painted Happy Birthday Banner - finished banner lying on the floor Here is another inexpensive, cute, and colorful "Happy Birthday Banner" you can make with paper, paint, decorative scissors, a hole puncher, and yarn. This is perfect to hang for a child's birthday!

Supplies:

textured paper
scissors
decorative scissors
glitter paint
paint brush
yarn
hole puncher

Steps:

Using textured paper pad or any paper that can dry well with paint applied to it, cut squares to your desired size.

Painted each square with a letter using glitter paint to spell out "HAPPY BIRTHDAY".
