Pattern for Plastic Canvas Toilet Paper Dispenser?

I'm looking for a pattern that uses plastic grid and yarn to make a four sided box with a lid that holds a roll of bathroom paper like Charmin to use like the small boxes of Puffs or Kleenex. I recently saw one at a friend's house that her aunt's friend (who has since moved overseas) had made that she had been using for almost a year. She said she normally went through a box of Kleenex every week to ten days, but the plastic grid box that her aunt's friend made lasted almost a year and it was a lot nicer looking than a box of Puffs or Kleenex on her coffee table.
