Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

This is a moist muffin perfect for breakfast or a snack. I used whole wheat flour and brown sugar Truvia. I also used whey instead of milk. This is a perfect way to use up bananas.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, oil, eggs, milk and bananas.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
  5. Divide evenly between 12 muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
