OTC (over the counter meds) can conflict with other meds and can make other health issues worse.
Never start something without the OK of someone who knows your medical history (your doctor or his staff).
A friend's sister became very ill by starting an OTC without asking the doctor and it spiked her blood pressure to almost stroke level.
Just because you don't need a prescription does not mean is the right thing for you to take!! SAFETY FIRST PLEASE!!!!
