Preventing Moisture Damage in Ceiling?

Help! We recently just redone my daughter's bedroom in our mobile home, replaced the walls and ceiling with drywall. After about 2 months, we noticed the ceiling started to get water spots then led to lots more, so we took the drywall down and re-insulated. Please tell us what to put in the ceiling to prevent this.
