Quickly Dry Small Clothing Items

Diamond Post Medal for All Time! 1,246 Posts

A pair of wet socks inside a towel. Not having your washed clothes dry in time for an event can be a bit of a damper. (Get it? Damper! Sorry.) Here is how to get them dry quickly. Here is a real-life example with my socks.

  1. Wrap the wet socks in a small, completely dry towel.

  2. Twist the towel as hard as you can in both directions.

  3. Place the socks in a plastic bag.

  4. Use a hairdryer to blast hot air into the bag. Dry socks!
