Recipe for Sour Cream Crust Pineapple Cookie Bar?

I am looking for a sour cream top and bottom crust recipe with a pineapple center, much like a pan cookie. I found it years ago in an Air Force magazine. The crust was made with sour cream and pressed into a cookie sheet. The pineapple was drained and cooked with cream of tartar, sugar, and spices then spread on top of the crust and topped with a top crust, like a sandwich. My children loved it when they were growing up and I would love to make it for my grandchildren.
