Recovery Time for a Dog With Parvo?

After taking my dog to the vet and her being tested positive for parvo on June 2nd, we took her home and treated her with an IV, Pedialyte, antibiotics, and Tamiflu. She seemed to be doing so much better. Within days her gums got color again and she was up running around and eating and drinking on her own and making solid poops. But I realized today she is losing color in her gums and losing energy again and I'm scared, please tell me it's just getting worse before it gets better?

Your dog should be getting better, even if progress is slow. Call the vet.

You need to get her back to the Vet right away. She may have a secondary infection and those can get bad quickly.
