So it is day 5 now that she's been at the hospital. This morning she started to eat small amounts and wants to walk around and get out her cage now. There has been no diarrhea for 3 days now or vomiting since she got there 5 days ago. What do you think? Will my dog be okay? The vet said we aren't out the woods yet because it's a sneaky virus, but she is improving.

You have prayers and all good wishes from me!!! Sounds like things are moving in the right direction and that you got the pup care quickly is the best thing ever!! All of the parvo survivors I know had prompt vet care and while each took a little different amount of time to recover, they all did!! Post back with updates!!
I was only introduced to Parvo when I came to live in Tahiti. When I was living in France and around the world I never had a dog get sick like this. Here I have had 2 dogs with Parvo and know of so many more. Most of them are fine but there area few that do die. One of my dogs recovered at home and one stayed at the vets for 10 days. From all that I know about this and what happened to me this is a really good sign.
