My dog got diagnosed with parvo and came home from the vet to do in home treatment. He won't eat on his own or drink so I have been syringe feeding him. How long will it take for my dog to eat or drink on his own after he been diagnosed and recovering from parvo?

It is a slow recovery for most dogs. Up to a month or more. Usually the 1st week is the worst. Be sure and stay in touch with your Vet as things change. He should begin to eat and drink soon or he may need to go back to the Vet for more hydration. Dehydration is a serious problem. Follow your Vets advice very carefully and stay in touch with him.
