You can try soaking them in hot water with soap and a little bleach. Scrub them a bit then let them go through the wash cycle. This has worked for me a few times, but not every time. It's more likely to work if the stain is recent.
When my children were babies I soaked their soiled cloth diapers in abucket full of a water solution of a blue powder that totally removed fecal stains without destroying the cloth diapers. I do not know what the name of the blue powder was, but it was totally effective in removing fecal stains after soaking
I use finish dish washing liquid on stains, let soak then scrub.
