Try saturating the stain with rubbing alcohol.
Can u use hydrogen peroxide
Soak the area in cold water. Then lightly pour rubbing alcohol and dab with q-tip and hopefully that'll work and lighten the mark. Repeat until all gone.

I have had moderate luck with using hair spray...but be sure to try it in a small place and put something behind it so you don't spread the stain even more when you are trying to remove it. It helps to use a rag you don't mind staining (preferably cotton) to wick the stain away from the jacket.
If all else fails...embroidery on denim is big right now...you could embroider over the stain and create your on OOAK jacket (one of a kind)...embellish and bling it out to make it unique!
