Removing Silicone Tyre Shine from Scooter Tires?

Removing Silicone Tyre Shine from Scooter Tires - spray can of productI have a scooter, and I sprayed a silicone Tyre Shine on the wheels. Then I went for a ride and at the first corner the scooter fell from underneath me. The surface of the tyre is silky, slippery smooth. How do I remove this silicone spray from the tyres?

From what I have read, it is very hard to remove. Slippery tires are dangerous. I would invest in new ones.

I would try sandpaper. I would assume that once you rough of the surface it won't be slipper anymore.

Try rubber cleaner, fine grit sand paper, (most tyre shine products are silcon), auto cleaner, a very fine wire brush with warm water and dawn (rinse well)
