Very diluted Goop or very diluted rubbing alcohol. Be gentle with the scrubbing.

How do I remove tree sap from a nylon tent without damaging the fabric?

I used to park beneath pine trees that left my car covered in sap. The only thing I found to remove the sap was plain old rubbing alcohol on a rag. I would try it on your tent.
