When damp, toss in a dryer for just a couple minutes on heat, then change it from heat to air fluff. Then hang. My mom would sometimes hang them back up damp, then using clothes pins on the bottom, clip something to them with just enough weight to pull them straight until dry.

Shake them well after they come out of the washer. You can put a couple of weights on the bottom and line dry.
