Repairing or Buying a New Lily Infrared Heater?

I have two Lily infrared heaters 1800 series. They have both stopped working. They are only three years old. Should I get them repaired or buy new ones?

Can you give us more of an idea why they aren't working any longer. Do they not turn on? Do they shut off after a few minutes? Do they no longer heat when they are turned on? Some more information would be helpful to try and give you a better answer as to why they aren't working and if you should repair them or buy new ones.
