Delicious! Yummy! To DIE for! What more can I say.

Ingredients:

1 (2 liter/ 1/2 gallon) tub chocolate ice cream
250 grams (1/2 lb.) chopped marshmallow

1/2 cup toasted chopped nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup white chocolate bits
1/2 cup glace' cherries, chopped

Directions:

Remove ice cream from tub and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix so all combined. Freeze overnight. Serve in cones.

This is good with or without the nuts. I prefer without. :)

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs

2 quarts milk
1 cup nuts
1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 pint cream
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cook first 4 ingredients until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into freezer and freeze until frozen. Makes 1 gallon.

Servings: 16

Prep Time: 20-30 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Can Almond Bark be used in the place of Chocolate Chip Morsels when making Rocky Road?

Try this: Melt your almond bark, then stir in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, quickly add nuts and marshmallows . Pour into a buttered square dish and let set. My sister and I make this mostly at Christmas. Quick and good.
