Salsa Meatloaf Recipe

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. In ungreased 9 inch square or regular loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until meat is well browned and firm. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, serve with any remaining salsa.
